Changes to the PoolStars Weekly Leaderboard

Instead of awarding the most active player, we have now decided to replace that and give out awards to players who participate in the most number of tournaments. This new change will take effect next week giving only tournament players additional PS$. A minimum rating is not required to qualify. We look forward to seeing more players step up to the plate with this new change.
