PoolStars Trick Shot Video Promotion Rules

1) Eligibility: The contest is open to all registered PoolStars members who are of the age of majority in their jurisdiction at registration. Contest void where prohibited by law. Employees, directors, agents of PoolStars Limited, its parent companies, their agents and shareholders, and multiple residents of the same household or immediate family are prohibited from entering this contest.

2) How to Enter: Create a wholly original video of you using the PoolStars software to do trick shots posted on YouTube. It may be one trick shot, or a compilation of trick shots. Videos should not exceed 3 minutes in length. Acceptance of both the YouTube and PoolStars terms and conditions is required in order to participate in the contest. You may submit as many original videos as you'd like, however, you will not be able to edit entries once submitted. To submit your video, please follow the instructions found at contest home page. All entries become the exclusive property of PoolStars Limited.

PoolStars Limited or any of its sponsors, directors, parent companies, advertisers, or agents shall not be held liable for interrupted service of any kind, in any place, at any time; human error, or incorrect information provided by the entrant that adversely affects the timeliness and eligibility of the entry.

3) Prizes:

• Grand Prize (1) A check for $1500
• 2nd Prize (1) A check for $500
• 3rd Prize (1) A check for $100
• and (8) Honorable Mention Prizes that will be awarded a check for $50.

4) Judging: Finalists will be judged by public viewing and voting between the dates of April1st, 2008, and July 10th, 2008. The top eleven videos in public voting will be considered finalists. Finalist Judging: A professional pool player will select and rank the finalist videos including the Grand Prize winner. Their decision will be based equally on the creativity and entertainment value of the finalist videos. Their decision will be binding and final. This judging will take place between July 11th, 2008, and July 25th, 2008.

5) Entries: Entries must be suitable for publication in a public environment. Entries deemed unsuitable by PoolStars Ltd. (e.g. containing violence, pornographic depictions, racism, etc.) may be rejected and disqualified at its sole discretion. Music or graphics or any other intellectual property featured in the video must be the entrants creation or in the public domain. If there is a question as to the rights of material featured in an entrant's video, or the actual authorship of the video, it may be disqualified at PoolStars Ltd.'s sole discretion. PoolStars Ltd. will not intervene in any disputes regarding submitted entries. All videos submitted for this contest become the exclusive property of PoolStars Ltd. in perpetuity, and PoolStars Ltd. may utilize the videos for any purpose. The entrant furthermore agrees to be bound by the laws of England and Wales, and any waives any claim as to jurisdiction for proceedings outside of England and Wales where laws of jurisdiction may conflict.

6) Winner Verification: Prizes will be awarded to the entrants only. No transfers or modifications allowed. Winners will be notified by telephone and email. Winners will be required to submit within seven days an affidavit of eligibility in order to claim the prize. If we are unable to make contact within seven days of the close of the contest, or the affidavit is not returned to us within the time specified, the prize will be forfeited.

7) Liability Limitations: PoolStars Ltd. is not responsible for any claim or loss resulting from the deliberate disruption of the contest in any form and at any point during the contest, from any group, organization, or individual. PoolStars Ltd. reserves the right to seek legal remedies and compensation in instances of fraud, misrepresentation, or any other act in violation of applicable law affecting the contest. Furthermore, in no event shall PoolStars Ltd. be held liable in total for anything beyond what is distributed in prizepool. Judgement will be final and entrants not winning will have no recourse in the contest.

8) Winners List: For a list of the names of all prize winners, please visit contest home page after August 1st, 2008 for details on winners. Winners may be posted on or before this date. Final judging will be completed by July 25th.
