when I try to log on to poolstars now, the site will not come up for me. The login laoding page comes up, then just goes away. If I click anywhere on the page, it goes blank, and says not responding on the top of the page, then goes away. I have no other programs that are doing this, if you could please get back to this issue soon, I would be very grateful as I LOVE this game.

If yes, try to download a new version from site, then reinstall it and play.

And also, one user have identity same problem as you have now, but after installed a new video drivers from the manufacture site, all problems was gone

this has been happening since the 10th of april, 2 days ago, and I have tried re-installing it, wiping it and re-downloading it a dozen times at least, nothing seems to be working. the most recent one was about an hour ago I tried to reinstall it, everything looks good, it just wont work for me.

when I uninstall the game a box comes up saying that the software is not completely installed, and asks me to reboot my computer to fix it, but it still does not work.

I think You have a Trojan of something, because no new versions was released after 10th of April, only today (12 of April). So in this period of two days you was used the same software.

ok we solved this, it seems that registers was broken, so J-Wall is playing again
