I can not play pool as a latest update for some reason is not completing and just shuts poolstars down. Please help.

I thought of that but I can not uninstal poolstars from my PC. I keep getting the error message 'cannot download PoolStars update' then the programme closes down. Please help...again.

just go to control panel -> "Add or Remove programs" and uninstall PoolStars. Then download latest PoolStars client (http://www.poolstars.com/download/guide/downloaded/) and install it. This should go.
