Losing turn for no reason in 8-ball games

I need information about situations in 8-ball games, when you or your opponent looses the turn for no reason.

The information I would like to get is:
1) what time did it happen (in GMT)?
2) Your opponents' Nickname
3) Was it tournament or single game?
4) Who got the foul at that moment - you or your opponent?
5) What was the Room ID you were playing in? (Room ID is shown in chats' first line, when you join the room)
6) Please give us any other useful information that you can remember from that game (how many games were played before in this room, how many shoots were performed in this game, was it races and what race number it was, etc.)

Hello. I was check this game log. and found out, what you opponent was enable safty shoot option before this shoot. is this correct?
