Quarter finals of the weekly, I press shoot to break, and for the last 45 seconds of my timer, the cue does the old in+out routine.

Buzzer goes, slight pause, then the white ball moves, and smack, the balls spread, everything seems fine again.

Greatest break in captivity, 3 balls down and all the remaining stripes easy to pot and the black no problem. About 30 seconds in to my next shot while I'm lining it up, message appears "Spratt Factor has fouled, JLT76 has ball in hand"

What the f*ck?

If the balls are spread somehow, then surely I got my shot off in time - how could it be a foul?

Of course, JLT76 has ball in hand now, making the easiest of frames even easier now. So I'm down 1-0.

Okay, no probs. JLT breaks in the 2nd game and doesn't get a ball, I pot out. 1-1. Should really be 2-0 but thats ok, I'm still in it...

3rd frame, bit of a tussle, eventually towards the end of it, JLT is lining up a not easy but not too hard shot, and my client freezes. Yay, good timing right?

So I log out and log back in. However, once I've passed the login screen all I get is this:

After about 10 minutes of logging out and logging in I eventually get back in to find, surprise surprise, that I have lost. Yay internet!

It's not about the money, it's certainly not about losing to JLT (although the slow coach does piss me off, and others), but what the hell am I staying up till 6am on a Monday morning for. This crap?

Make the store better, and get rid of bugs like this please.

There is one tournament worth playing per week. Hopefully it stays that way - and that there are more to come.

What the hell are we doing here I mean. If I can't even get through this tournament, then there's no incentive to be a good player. None.

Hello. Yes, there was a problem with database server, server went offline about 30 sec. I think, it happened right after your shoot was processed, but before you get the shoot frames. In result you got frames 30 sec later and your shoot timer on screen started 30 sec later too. But server continued processing real shoot timer, and then it expired, you get foul.

We found the reason of this problem, and Si-J should fix it. We also added additional time synchronization function to the next software version, so this problem with timer should never repeat again.
