That is because you don't have your name, city and post code in the account. As you can't change Name in your settings, please send it to me in private message. Be waiting to remove restrictions from your account.

hi, i have won some PS$ but can't play PS$ games because "my contact information arent complete/correct" but i have filled in everything: address, name, telephonenumber etc. does it need some time before i can start playing or is that a fault in the system?

I think its because you need to have every box filled if you are in Europe you are probably having the same problems as me.

It is because you didn't update it without 48 hours of final notice and now it must be unblocked manually.

I have unblocked you now after checking. Good luck!
