Weekly Leaderboard Changes

We have made changes to the rating system this week, and the weekly leaderboard contest requirements. Now (including this week), to qualify for the leaderboard you must have achieved at least 2-stars (numerical rating currently for 2-stars is over 1680). These changes resolve the previous bugs in ratings and will give more opportunities to players to participate.
