Deposits

Rules

Deposits can be made via credit card by clicking "Deposit" in the website or software cashier where it shows your existing balance. There is no fee to deposit money. Your account will be credited with a balance in US dollars regardless of the currency in which you pay our cashier. The amount of the deposit will be determined using an exchange rate prevailing on the day of deposit.

You are required to maintain valid contact information in order to make deposits into your account. The address in your PoolStars account profile should match the billing address of the credit card you are using. Incorrect address information could result in your deposit request being declined. Successful PayPal deposits require successful authentication through PayPal.

Availability

Only some countries are supported for deposits using our current payment processors. We will add more countries as soon as more payment options become available.

List of currently ineligible countries: Afghanistan, Aland Islands, American Samoa, Antarctica, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, Burma, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, East Timor, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, French Southern Territories, Georgia, Ghana, Guam, Guernsey, Haiti, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Jersey, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Macao, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Myanmar, Nigeria, Northern Mariana Islands, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Romania, Saint Helena, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Serbia, Montenegro, Saint Lucia, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Sudan, Syria, Tokelau, United States minor outlying islands, Uzbekistan, Virgin Islands U.S., Western Sahara, Zimbabwe.

Limits

You may deposit up to $100 per day and $500 per week. Requests for higher purchase limits can be made by contacting support@poolstars.com. The minimum deposit is $15.
