Why can’t I login?

The new website requires you to login with your email address instead of your nickname. This is for your security. If someone sees you playing, they could attempt to compromise your account easier if the login was with your nickname. If they have to guess what your password AND email are, they are going to have a very difficult time!

Where is my registration code? I never got it!

Please make sure to check your spam filters for the registration code. If you do not confirm and activate your account within 24 hours of creating it, it will be deleted. You must then create a new account.

What will happen to my real money balance once PS$ games starts?

Real money balances will be given a grace period to withdraw cash. After that all real money will convert automatically to PS$. Only affiliates will be able to earn cash balances, and this money only will only come through referrals. Money earned in affiliate accounts may be cashed out over a certain threshold, or be converted to PS$ for play. No one will be able to use their affiliate balance to play in real money.

When will real-money PoolStars be released?

PoolStars will be launching PS$ (credits) games. With PS$ you can purchase many exciting items in the PoolStars store.

When do I get my $25?

Everyone who pre-registered will be entitled to the $25 bonus in PS$. Accounts will automatically be credited with the appropriate amount of PS$ (PS$ 375) once the PS$ site it launched. More details will follow via email to those that pre-registered.

Are you going to offer real money?

We will be offering games on in PS$ credits. You can purchase these credits, but you cannot convert them to cash once purchased. PS$ can be used in the PS$ store to purchase a diverse array of products, packages, and artifacts used within the game.

I’ve won a freeroll for cash, how do I get this money?

You can maintain your real money balance until cashout options become available, or you can contact us and we can arrange for manual methods of cashing out to your convenience. This service is only available to freeroll winners. Users may only cashout balances above $25. Some countries are not eligible for checks or PayPal. In this case their prize may automatically convert to PS$ after a 30-day period of notice.

Why does PoolStars run so slow?

Poolstars is a graphic intensive program. If you exceed our system requirements, and have plenty of memory free, we suggest you first make sure that your video drivers are up to date. This is the most common reason for slow speed associated with PoolStars.
